Executive Edge @ United Way is an exclusive leadership program tailored specifically for nonprofit executives, offering a distinctive approach to professional development through a group of peers. This program brings together nonprofit leaders in a confidential and supportive environment to share experiences, address current challenges, and gain valuable insights from one another. Guided by Sesha Yalamanchili, participants are introduced to the latest concepts in effective leadership, allowing them to grow and become more impactful leaders.
